Tutu’s!
I made Bugga a pretty tutu this week. She picked out the colors – blue, light pink, and dark pink. I think it turned out pretty good! And, since I had so much extra tulle, BooBoo got one too!
We also took Tobys outside to play in the snow for the first time. He wasn’t impressed.

Busy Month!
It has been a busy month from birthday and Christmas parties to Christmas programs and dance recitals. It seems this month, we are constantly on the move. Nat had her first dance recital last Saturday and she was adorable! The recital was nice and short, which was perfect for all the first-time dancers. Afterwords we had Chinese food and drove around town with Grandpa and the aunties looking at all the beautiful houses. The next day, Nat lost her first tooth! Our baby girl is growing up so fast! She was so excited that the tooth fairy visited and brought her a dollar. Lucky girl!
Yesterday, Nat had her Christmas program at school. The kids were adorable and sang a bunch of songs for us. I think Nat’s favorite was Jingle Bells, as that’s the one she has been practicing for the last month.
Today, our little man turns 11 months old! At 11 months, he has mastered walking, climbing, and getting into trouble. We are looking forward to the big birthday party next month for both kids.
It will also be Toby’s first Christmas this year, which Nat reminds us every day, and it looks like it will be a very white Christmas. We are expected to get a blizzard tonight that will last through Christmas day. If we are stuck at home this Christmas, at least we are all together!

Getting Ready For Christmas
We made homemade ornaments again this year, our third year. The first year we made cookie cutter ornaments and last year we made snowflakes. This year we made handprints!

Gabby
We lost our little Gabby unexpectedly overnight last night.
Gabby was born January 30th, 2004 and we adopted her from the pet store in Alexandria on April 1st, 2004. She was our little orange cat, our little water cat, our crazy little kitty in exile. Gabby loved playing and snuggling with the dogs and cuddling with us. We are going to miss you, Gabby George.

10-Month Old Toby!
Toby is 10 months old now! Time is flying by too quickly! He is walking all over, but pretty much only at home. He still adores his big sister and has now discovered the past time of chasing kitties. Most of the kitties are cool with that, the few that aren’t stay away from him. He’s become quite the little mess maker!
Nat is doing wonderful at school. Her dance recital is coming up quickly! If anyone needs tickets, please let me know ASAP. The show will be on December 19th with two performances at 11 am and 3 pm. I have not been told how much tickets cost yet, but I do know that there aren’t too terribly many available. She has been practicing and I think it’s going to be very cute!

Sleepy Morning
Tobas did not want to wake up this morning! When he finally did, he found three faces peering in at him. We probably scared the poor boy!
Good morning and happy Wednesday!

9 Months Already!
Toby had his 9-month well baby checkup today. He is doing wonderfully and first thing he did was walk to Dr. Longbotham! Of course, Dr. L was thrilled! Toby weighs 19 lbs 10.5 oz and is 27.25 inches tall. That puts him in the roughly 25 percentile for both (a little less). He also got his flu shot today and his lead and hemoglobin tests done and did both like a trooper! No crying, no fussing.
At 9-months, Toby is walking and has five teeth (three on top, two on bottom). He loves all food but pears. He loves playing rough with his sister and chasing kitties.
